What shipping methods are available?

Orders shipping within the US:

Standard (6-8 Business Days)
Ground (5-7 Business Days)
Expedited (4-6 Business Days)

Orders shipping internationally:

International (15-20 Business Days)
International Plus* (10-15 Business Days)

For all deliveries, unless specified otherwise, delivery will be completed by your local postal service.

All estimates include a printing and processing period; business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note, all Standard shipments will be transferred to and delivered by your local post office. This means final deliveries will be with USPS, so please make sure that the address you've submitted is a valid mailing address.

Is international shipping available and if so, what are the available methods?

Yes! You can always reach out to us via the Contact page to check about a certain destination. To find out if shipping is available to your country, proceed to the checkout page and use the dropdown menu under 'Shipping Address' to see if your country is included.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order, the number of packages needed to fulfill the order, and the delivery location. Within the U.S. several shipping options are offered, typically starting at around $6.99. Shipping internationally typically starts at around $7.99 USD.

To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout's drop-down menu.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email if tracking is available for your shipping method. Additionally, it'll let you know on the checkout page if the shipping method selected for your order does not include tracking. Please keep in mind all delivery timeline estimates are in business days - weekends and holidays are excluded.

Is there a physical location where I can pick up my order?

No - ADSR Wear is an online-only marketplace that does not have stock available at a physical location. While we're happy to help online, we're unable to provide any customer support at our headquarters.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

During select non-sale days, ADSR Wear offers free standard shipping for orders worth $50 and over. Free shipping is available to customers in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. At this time, free shipping for international customers is not available. For the discount to apply, your order's subtotal must equal $50 after any coupons are applied.

Will I be alerted once my order prints and ships?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is printed and shipped. If your order is coming from more than one of our suppliers, you'll receive a confirmation email for each shipment.
