Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative T-Shirt Graphic Designer to join our team. The T-Shirt Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of designs, excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative ideas for t-shirt designs
- Create custom graphics and designs using Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software
- Produce high-quality artwork that is appropriate for apparel and print production
- Manage and maintain a project timeline, ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure the design vision is executed correctly
- Stay up to date with our brand image and industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve design skills
- Attend and participate in team meetings and presentations

Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
- Understanding of printing processes and color theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Nightlife Blogging Representative

We are looking for outgoing individuals to represent ADSR Wear to build our customer base for the brand. This position requires you to attend various nightlife events and write about your opinion, take photos, and pass out coded merch cards. Knowledge of Detroit's electronic music scene and venues is a must.

- Must be outgoing and willing to meet new people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Have a skill and the eye for capturing great photos.
